The philosophy of Parwarish is not only to provide shelter and educate the orphans but also to protect the orphans from the bad effects of the society and make them useful citizens of the state. From the year 2006 to 2009 the growing anti state activities and militancy in the country, particularly in district Swat was the result of poverty, illiteracy and ignorance. Parwarish also aimed to protect the society from the bad effects of these types of people through quality education and proper guidance.
